You can book a stay or experience by browsing our listings. Once you find one you like, select your dates and number of guests. Some listings allow 'Instant Book' (immediate confirmation), while others require you to 'Request to Book', which the Host must approve within 24 hours.
Use the filter bar at the top of the search results to narrow down your options. You can filter by price range, amenities (e.g., Wifi, Pool), property type, or house rules (e.g., 'Families only').
You can contact a Host before booking by clicking 'Contact Host' on the listing page. Once you have a confirmed booking, you can message them directly through your Inbox to coordinate check-in details.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and KNET. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
For Instant Book listings, you are charged immediately. For Request to Book listings, a hold may be placed on your card, but you are typically charged once the Host accepts your request.
Cancellation policies vary by listing (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). You can see the specific policy on the listing page before you book and in your booking confirmation. Refunds are processed according to these policies.
You can save listings you like to a Wishlist by clicking the 'Heart' icon. You can create multiple Wishlists (e.g., 'Summer Trip', 'Weekend Getaway') and share them with friends or family to plan together.
After your stay or experience is completed, you will receive a notification to leave a review. You have a limited time window to post your honest feedback and star rating about the Host and the property.
